Bryan has been a superstar ninja at his Code Ninjas location, rocketing to the top of the totem board in no time! Bryan enjoyed playing parkour games on Roblox, which inspired him to create Ninja Parkour for his Black Belt project. Other ninjas who have played his game have dubbed it “the keyboard breaker,” as it requires constant jumping with the spacebar!

Virgilio's game, Cubit Defense, is a tower defense game with endless waves of enemies. The game provides plenty of upgrades for the player to add to their towers to protect their city from the cubits. Virgil is part of the founding families at Code Ninjas Fleming Island and is now a Code Sensei helping ninjas learn coding just like he did.

Elias has always enjoyed coding and loves creating fun games for his friends. His Black Belt project, Velo Ball, is an entertaining “time waster” in which players go down an endless tunnel and try to survive for as long as possible. Elias learned a lot from testing his game with his friends in order to create a game that would keep them entertained for a long time!

Vedant Kumar has been programming and learning several coding languages at Code NInjas Hillsborough-Montgomery for the last 3 years. His Black Belt project, Project Annihilation, is an open-world game where the player controls a robot — and the occasional goblin — to try to eliminate all enemy life on a planet. Will your player be able to reclaim the planet which was overtaken by goblins?

Siddharth Kumar has been at Code Ninjas Hillsborough-Montgomery for the past three years and is currently working as a Code Sensei. Siddharth has always been fascinated by outer space, so that’s why he decided to make Space Invasion as his Black Belt project. In Space Invasion, the user commands a spaceship to try to stop an alien invasion that threatens humanity’s existence.

Xander Bell has been at Code Ninjas for 4 years. His Black Belt project, Robot Clicker, was very dull and grey at first, but later became colorful and exciting after implementing changes based on feedback he received from others! Xander has two dogs, the bigger being younger.

Ethan was one of the first ninjas at his Code Ninjas center, starting when he was just 7. He is fascinated by aerodynamics and logistics, so he combined the two in his game, Soaring Squirrel Shipment, where flying squirrels deliver packages. Ethan also enjoys reading and learning about architecture, astrophysics, and science in general.

Preston has been at Code Ninjas for 2 years, and he loves to code his own games in a variety of different programming languages. He also enjoys Roblox and even helped with Roblox camps at his center. Everyone at his center is proud of Preston’s hard work on his Black Belt project, Planet Defenders, and wishes him the best in his future.

Jack has been coding for 6 years. He began his coding journey in Scratch by first tinkering with the blocks until he figured out what they did, then he explored other’s projects and became inspired by the amazing things that could be achieved with code. His parents signed him up for Code Ninjas when they learned about his passion for coding, and now that he has accomplished his Black Belt, he will become a Code Sensei!

Nishant is incredibly creative and spent a lot of time working on the art for his Black Belt game. His project is an action platformer where the player must escape different islands invaded by robots. Your player will change headbands and get different special abilities based on the type of biome you are playing in. Good luck in the race against time to escape the island of what should have been paradise!

David has been at Code Ninjas for just over three years. He is one of the hardest working ninjas at his center, and everyone at the center knew he would be motivated to achieve his Black Belt from the day he joined! Red Planet is a simulation game where the player can experience actually standing on Mars! Feel the gravity! Breathe the air. Oh wait - you can't breathe on Mars...

Adam has been with Code Ninjas for 3 years. He is a diligent worker, and it shows with everything he puts his mind to. Adam took what he learned and used it to the fullest to make his first custom game! Adam's game has fast paced movement, GUI that is easily accessible, and is a game that anyone can pick up and play.

Bryce has been at Code Ninjas for 2 years, and knows he wants to work in game development when he grows up. He is proud of the work he put into the game’s movement system in his Black Belt project because he had not yet done a 100% physics-based character before. His advice to other Black Belt ninjas is to not overcomplicate things and keep their projects simple!

Riley Patrick Cook
Riley has been working through the curriculum at Code Ninjas for around 3 years. His project, Timescape, relies heavily on movement physics and calculations that took a long time to perfect. The game is made to be easy to "speedrun" to try to complete the game as fast as possible. Riley has started helping others as a Code Sensei and will continue working on more projects to come!

HEROES OF THE CREATURES
Kayllen has aspirations of studying computer engineering or computer science. Her project, Heroes of the Creatures, is a 2D adventure game that involves solving puzzles through collecting and interacting with objects. This game encourages players to use critical thinking skills to find connections between objects to save animals and creatures.
