Jackson Ng holds a master’s degree from the University Of Southern Queensland (USQ) specialising in Human Resource Management. He is a Certified Professional Trainer, an international qualification he achieved from International Professional Managers Association (IPMA, UK). He is also a professional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). He is the Lead Trainer at Master Trainers Consulting and Coaching Sdn Bhd and also the appointed vendor and trainer for HRDF Train The Trainer Certification from 2017-2019. In May 2021, Master Trainers Consulting and Coaching is appointed as HIGHFIELD QUALIFICATIONS INTERNATIONAL APROVED CENTRE by Highfield International to run and certify trainers internationally.
His deepest passion is to help aspiring trainers to master the Framework of designing, developing, delivering and assessing participants competency and market their training programmes succesfully. . Jackson has created many successful trainers who are now full-time trainers. Since 2017, Jackson and Miss Ong, his partner have successfully produced more than 700 HRDF Certified Trainers.

Since 1997, he has spoken to more than 200,000 audiences from many walks of lives – from students to bosses, government servants, SMEs, MNCs, private organisations, retirees and most importantly, professional speakers and trainers. In 2002, Jackson Ng earned the title Asia Pacific Speech Champion when he represented Malaysia in Asia Pacific Speaking Competition (Area B), one of the main events under the 52nd Junior Chamber International Asia Pacific Conference (JCI-ASPAC) in Japan. Prior to that, he had won more than 30 speech contests at Junior Chamber Malaysia conventions and Toastmasters International platforms combined.
He has written 3 popular books, You Are A Masterpiece No Matter How Broken You Are, The New You and Speak with Impact to Any Audience. His 20 years of experiences in entrepreneurship, management, training and coaching, sales and marketing provide him the credibility and unique advantage to bring out the best in all participants.
