A Jackson, TN native and Union University graduate, Mason Cagle was always interested in business and math. Accounting was the perfect avenue to learn more about both.

He first heard about ATA’s internship program at an ATA hosted luncheon at Union. “ATA’s internship program sounded like a good opportunity for me to learn more about my field of study,” said Mason. “It was a way for me to get hands-on experience expanding beyond the classroom."

Now an Associate at ATA’s Jackson office, Mason continued, “ATA has helped develop my career by showing me how to apply the textbook knowledge I received in college for real-world applications."

ATA internships aren’t your typical experience. Interns at ATA are given the guidance they need to do work that matters. ATA interns have ample opportunities; they are paid, have access to all resources, meetings with executive partners, and more.

Internships at ATA typically run for the length of a school semester or our 9-week Summer Internship Program. Any college or university student in good standing with their university and with interest in our focus areas, maintaining a 3.0 or higher GPA, is eligible to apply for our internships. Additionally, some colleges and universities may offer credit hours for our internships (but please check with your school).

While 100% of our interns walk away with exceptional professional experience, about half of them continue with ATA as full-time employees.
