Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our core team and manage, coordinate and consult on wind energy projects. As a successful candidate, you’re a resilient self-starter with a systematic approach and a tendency to see the big picture. You are a people person and equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills in Estonian.

• Initiation, (geo)analysis and development of wind energy projects

• Empowering cooperation between landowners, local governments, authorities, environmental impact assessors and the local community

• Leading the execution of the Sunly's wind energy projects for private clients to carry out the contract

• Advising and agreeing on details with the subcontracting team who actualize the installation of the project

• Contributing to a strong brand image and always ensuring quality

• Good project management skills

• Familiarity/experience with regulatory documentation for wind/PV energy projects

• Ability to go on-site from time-to-time

• Proficiency in Estonian. Good English is also required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
