Project Manager (Sunly City OÜ)

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join Sunly's subsidiary Sunly City OÜ. To be successful in this role, you know how to get a project from 0 to 1, you have either a technical background or are fascinated by renewable energy and would like to truly understand how it works and you're a great communicator with a grasp of Estonian and English.

• Smoothly lead the execution of the company's solar panel installation projects for private clients, while keeping track of budgets and deadlines

• Coordination and close cooperation with the sales department to carry out the contract

• Advising and agreeing on details with the subcontracting team who actualize the installation of the project

• Communication with customers and partners. Maintaining customer relations and keeping everyone involved in the loop with regular updates throughout the whole project

• Identifying aftersales opportunities and direct to the right source

• Contributing to a strong brand image and always ensuring quality

• Good project management skills

• It’s essential to have a technical background to understand installations and drawings as well as grasp the concept of electricity

• Proficiency in English and Estonian

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
