People Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate People Development Specialist to help us create an empowering and sustainable working environment at Sunly. To excel in this role, you'll need excellent people skills and experience with HR training and development.

• Overseeing and mapping departments' needs and helping them to succeed through a training and development plan

• Defining the Learning & Development framework, strategy, and attention points

• Creating a mentoring program for leaders

• Implementing career development programs that support people's growth and development.

• Promoting and supporting mental health initiatives within the company, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being of our people

• Performance & Talent Management

• Passionate about renewable energy and future technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience with HR training and development or related field

• Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
