Chief Executive Officer (Sunly City OÜ)

We are on the lookout for a Chief Executive Officer for Sunly's subsidiary Sunly City OÜ with a passion for renewable energy. In this role, you will lead the product offering (B2C) expansion to scale in all 4 countries where Sunly operates, alongside a core team in Estonia.

• Business Development; launch to new markets, bringing business from 0 to 1 in four countries

• Product Development; innovation process, validation, product-market fit

• Solar as a Service; rent of solar panels

• Energy storage (battery) solutions; validate solar panel sales business case

• In-house sales and project management, Sunly provides financial and legal support

• Find the corners and create attractive product packages with a competitive advantage to reach the right customer and how to reach the market

• Build and train the new team including hiring sales and project managers for the target market

• Manage finances, grow sales and put together an actionable business plan

• You are no stranger to product development, management and connecting it to the business

• Previous track record from expanding B2C products to international markets including hiring and building up international teams from scratch is necessary to succeed in this role

• Passion for environmental-related topics is a must

• Proficiency in English and Estonian

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
